NB:

Room rates are: Plus Taxes and RVA (Resort Amenity Fee) = +13.22%
Studio has bed, sitting area, kitchenette and dinette all in one room.
All rooms are equipped with a full kitchen.
Above rates also apply to pre and post conference dates and will be based on availability only.
A 50% accommodation deposit will be applied to your credit card 30 days prior to the convention. Any changes made to the reservation within 7 days of arrival resulting in a reduction of the number of nights of the booking (e.g. cancellation or early departure) will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit for the unused nights.
A $25 administration fee applies for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Competitions will take place in the Monterra Dome. Registration and all other functions will take place at the Blue Mountain Conference Centre.

The guest speaker will be Judy Suke, an inspirational speaker. Details to follow.
